Here at Arête Christian School, we believe God ultimately holds us responsible for the development of our most prized possessions, our child(ren).  It is our responsibility to ensure that your child(ren) are in an atmosphere where he/she can developmentally, socially, educationally, and most importantly, spiritually grow and excel.  Children learn in various ways, and regardless of your child's learning style, our curriculum and structure will meet their need. 

 

OUr PreKindergarten Department utilizes ABeka and grades Kindergarten through grade 12 use Accelerated Christian Education (ACE) curriculum which provides the self-paced, mastery-based and individualized program of study.  Students engage in a rigorous academics including the core subjects, Mathematics, English, Science, and Social Studies. In addition, Literature /Creative Writing and Word Building courses are offered. 

 

Our core curriculum is supplemented to include learning opportunities such as, but not limited to:

• Godly character-building and weekly Chapel program,

• Morning Devotion and prayer,

• STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics),

• Foreign language through Rosetta Stone and Chinese Club .

• The arts (music, martial arts, ballet, and crafts).

• Financial literacy,

• ACT Preparatory and career path/planning,

• Oral speaking and speech

• Healthy cooking classes and demonstrations, 

• Entrepreneurship
